कार्मिक विभाग के बारे में:
RDSO recognizes that its employees are the most valuable assets. The main objective of Personnel Directorate is to create a conducive environment in the organization so as to enable employees in devoting undivided attention to its core work of Research & Design. Primarily dealing with establishment work of the organization, the main functions & responsibilities of the Personnel Directorate in RDSO are to look into the welfare of employees, maintain cordial industrial relations, conduction man power planning, providing trained manpower, conducting selections for career progress, arranging & finalizing settlement dues & providing relief in the event of death or otherwise etc. Formulation of Recruitment & Promotion Rules along with its implementation also falls within the purview of Personnel Department.
