1. Development of bi-level auto car wagon BCACBM for carrying 318 small cars in various combinations with operating speed 100 kmph in Empty and 95 Kmph in Loaded condition.
2. Development of Brake Van (BVCM) using Freight Bogies (CASNUB) to enable ease in maintenance in Freight sick lines.
3. Development of Covered Wagon using micro alloyed steel wagon type BCNHL design.
4. Design of wagon BCPVN (Parcel van) for freight having higher volumetric capacity & lower maintenance using Freight Bogies (CASNUB).
5. Development of new design of 22.9t Axle load Bogie flat wagon BFNSM for transportation of steel coils.
6. Development of high tensile E/F type coupler (WD-70-BD-10) assembly for higher axle load freight rolling stocks.
7. Development of sources for investment casting items like lock lifts assembly, lock, knuckle thrower as per STR no. WD-70-BD-10.
8. Design Development of 25t axle load BOXNS open wagon having best pay to tare ratio 4.0.
9. Development of Class “K” Cartridge Taper Roller Bearing for 25t freight rolling stocks.
