आरडीएसओ में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस” मनाया गया
आरडीएसओ में दिनांक 06.03.2023 को "अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस" के अवसर पर एक विशेष कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में हस्तशिल्प प्रदर्शनी, तनाव प्रबंधन पर व्याख्यान, वाद-विवाद और अंताक्षरी सहित विभिन्न सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत किए गए और आरडीएसओ प्रशासन द्वारा आरडीएसओ की 23 महिला कर्मचारियों को पुरूस्कार देकर सम्मानित किया गया, जिसमें 13 महिला कर्मचारी जिन्हें उनके उत्कृष्ट कार्य के लिए सम्मानित किया गया भी शामिल हैं ।
इस अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि श्री संजीव भुटानी, महानिदेशक, आरडीएसओ ने अपने संबोधन में जीवन के विभिन्न पहलुओं में महिलाओं के उत्कृष्ट योगदान पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने बताया कि आज नारी शक्ति कई क्षेत्रों में न सिर्फ महिलाओं के लिए बल्कि पूरे समाज के लिए रोल मॉडल है। श्री भुटानी ने कहा कि भारतीय रेलवे में महिला कर्मचारियों की संख्या और उनकी भूमिका भी लगातार बढ़ रही है। आज देश में कई ऐसे रेलवे स्टेशन हैं जो पूरी तरह से महिला कर्मचारियों द्वारा संचालित किए जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि आरडीएसओ महिला कर्मचारियों को काम का बेहतर माहौल देने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है और इस दिशा में लगातार सुधार भी किए जा रहे हैं।
श्रीमती निशा भुटानी, अध्यक्षा, आरडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूए, (रेलवे महिला कल्याण संगठन), आरडीएसओ ने भी सभा को संबोधित किया और विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में महिलाओं द्वारा की गई उपलब्धियों का उल्लेख किया। उन्होंने देश के विकास में महिलाओं के योगदान पर भी प्रकाश डाला।
इस कार्यक्रम में श्री जे.पी. पाण्डेय, महानिदेशक (विशेष) विक्रेता विकास, श्री शरद कुमार जैन, अपर महानिदेशक, आरडीएसओ, श्रीमती विनीता जैन, पीसीपीओ, एवं आरडीएसओ की सभी महिला कर्मचारी उपस्थित थीं।
RDSO Celebrated “International Women’s Day
On the occasion of "International Women's Day", a special programme was organised in RDSO on 06.03.2023. Various cultural programs including handicrafts exhibition, lectures on stress management, debates and antakshari were presented in this programme and 23 women employees of RDSO were awarded by the RDSO administration including 13 women employees who was also honored for their excellent work.
On this occasion, Chief Guest, Shri Sanjiv Bhutani, Director General, RDSO, in his address highlighted the outstanding contribution of women in various aspects of life. He told that today women power is a role model not only for women in many fields but also for the entire society. Shri Bhutani said that the number of women employees and their role in Indian Railways is also increasing continuously. Even today there are many railway stations in the country which are being operated entirely by women employees. He also said that RDSO is determined to provide better working environment for women employees and improvements are also being made continuously in this direction.
Smt. Nisha Bhutani, President, RWWA, (Railway Women's Welfare Association), RDSO also addressed the gathering and mentioned the achievements made by women in various fields. She also highlighted the contribution of women in the development of the country.
Shri J. P. Pandey, Director General (Special) Vendor Development, Shri Sharad Kumar Jain, ADG, RDSO, Smt. Vinita Jain, PCPO, and all women employees of RDSO were present in this program.
